8800 GTS 512 VS 3870 X2 3dmark

this is unclocked, E8400 no clock. Just standard drivers with no tweaks.

You're comparing a card with 2 gpu's to a card with 1.

Compare the X2 to the GX2.

that is a g92 card. but yea why compare the x2 with the gts? isnt the gts a single card?

sorry i thought you guys knew my setup.
I run 2 8800 GTS 512 2.0 in SLI.
The test was done using the 2 gts vs 1 x2.
and no the score isnt higher when using 2 gts against 1 x2.

And to add, when i ran the steam stress test the 8800 gts had higher fps. @ 287fps
when the x2 was 265 fps.
i still have other test to do, so stay posted.

Wait a minute this isn't right. An E8400 plus 2x8800GTS in sli and you only got 11,200 in 3DMark. That can't be right.

I have a E6750 plus 1x8800GT and I get 12,000.

You did something wrong.
