And I will argue you to the grave on your statement of "its not worth $10"...

Several 7800GT cards at auction... average price about $35.
You saying you are "siding with the consumer" is an absurd statement at best. You have no idea what the consumer wants. Maybe the consumer wants a 2nd 7800GT card to run in SLI. Maybe they burned up their old card and cannot afford to drop a few hundred on a new card, so this one will get them by. Maybe they are not a hard core gamer, but want to play Source and BF games.
A no brainer? Far from it. Go ahead and tell all of the people bidding on those cards to "just spend $200 on a newer/better card" and see what they say. They will more than likely tell you to fuck off.

Well, mowing lawns wont pay mortgages/homeowners insurance, car payments/insurance, gas, food, electricity, internet and whatever else comes as a priority before graphics cards. Maybe the consumer does not want to spend a lot and is just looking to get by.
Eh... just tell him to mow a lawn... everything will be fine.

Trigger,
that is not a correct compairison. You are assuming that everyone is a hard core gamer who is just dying for some more fps in Crysis. The fact is that a 7800GT will play every Source game great, all current BF games great, and will do great at WoW. MMORPGers need to save their hard earned dough for those monthy fees so a card that is less than $50 that can do their game at good detail and resolutions would be a great option for lots of those folks.Sleep, eat, conquer, meditate, repeat.

Goodluck selling. ebay is the best place for that, you will make the most money. Word of advice people really rely on the picture you present, I suggest to get a higher price and more people involved you should retake that picture.
The card is worth it to many people.

Actually, yes. I pay almost $800 for my half of an investment property that was purchased a year and a half ago. And unfortunately, due to the shitty housing market, we will be keeping that house for quite some time, or end up moving into it. On top of that, I have an apartment lease that costs me $1050/month.
And I am sure that a lot of people on this forum pay more for where they live. But regardless, I pay almost $3000/month on bills. I also chuck a portion of my income into two savings accounts every month. One for actual "savings" and one for buying toys.
