Re: Do I have enough power?
You'll be fine with 600W. I do however question your HDD choice. Why IDE if your MOBO supports SATA (hence your getting the Sammy 223F [nice DVD burner BTW])? If you are looking for speed for gaming, one of the inherent (bandwidth) hogs (no i'm not talking about internet bandwidth) is your HDD. I'd go with the new Velociraptor unless your trying to maintain a certain price point.
I'm also a HUGE fan of separation...all my core procs and games install on C: which is a Velociraptor, all my media data, is stored on separate RAID array drives all SATA Samsung 500Gb HD502's, you don't have to go that far, but i'd at least keep things separate as stated. Maybe keep your 500Gb but switch to SATA, then add the Velociraptor?

Re: Do I have enough power?
600W is plenty for that system.
Do yourself a favor and get this vid card-> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814133232
It's an 8800GT for $9 less than that 9600GT and is about 10% faster.
Also take a look at this hard drive-> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822152098
500gb, 16mb cache and SATA for $69.99.

Re: Do I have enough power?
And another thing, lol.
This M/B-> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131275
Save yourself another $30. It's stable and runs great. The M/B you picked, G45, has integrated video which you don't need. So why not save few bucks b/c you won't miss it.

The Mobo you showed supports SATAll, so get fastest HD you can afford in price range you have.
As for 9600 / 8800 speeds, the 9600 has less shader pixels, and slightly less fps in shader intensive games (Crysis, for example).
In Counterstrike (for example), you won't notice any difference, unless you watch FRAPS for scores. Remember, anything over 100fps is all braggin' rights, not performance you can "see".
I owned 9600's, first single, then SLi, was disspointed with them: (upgraded one to GTX260, with a single 9600GT in closet now).
As for Power, you have plenty @ 600w, unless you decide in future to go SLi, where it could become and issue then.
