MS Excel 2000 question
So i know this has nothing to do with hardware but I am trying to keep a project at the office as simple as possible.
We have a need to have our sales guys enter data into an excel sheet. Our office uses MS Office 2000. What I want to do is put an interactive excel sheet on our intranet site (Very easy) but I don't see where they can save the data. Is there any way to have the excel sheet posted on our site, have them enter data, and have the data save?
I am trying to not put a lot of work into this. Ideally I'd create a web form that uploads the data into a DB that can be reported on, but I don't want to put that much work into this.

Re: MS Excel 2000 question
If you have any servers with sharepoint services, that can be setup to host excel and other office documents and has security and version control.
Alternatively, if you have fileservers, you can save the document to a file server and just post a link to it on your intranet server.
The biggest advantage to the googledocs is that they are available externally also.
