Wait what..Is it a drive-by download? Is it an exploit? Worm? More information? Your post is a little less than helpful, other than the fact you just told us about something called 'the virus' (very creative name...). Anyways, This post seems like fud unless you provide links to reputable anti virus vendors confirming the existence of this new virus.

There is a new virus created every day. They are all over the internet, and it should be common knowledge by now that you ALWAYS check what your downloading. So I doubt this is anything new.

further more the so called infected processes? well one is LUALL.EXE which ACTUALLY IS:

luall.exe is a process belonging to the Symantec LiveUpdate utility which keeps your Symantec products up to date. This program is a non-essential process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.

may not be a website up, but at least according to what i've looked at it is a registered domain name, registered to "Kensington Technology Group."

Also Vito, do you have any idea how annoying it is to read an all CAPS paragraph? It might just be me with my pet peeve, but the first thing i noticed was an all CAPS paragraph, and I really didn't want to read it. People aren't blind, you don't need to capitalize each word...that would be just as pointless as using Bold on an entire paragraph. It's Ok if you want to emphasize a single word or phrase to show importance, but doing that with the whole paragraph makes me want to slap you with a handful of razors covered in salt.
