Just a heads up to anyone with a Logitech product that is dying, defective and still in warrantly. The RMA program is awesome. You call.. tell them what is wrong.. they ship you a new replacement. You toss the old one into the trash. Awesome customer service!

Yeah, I've replaced one of my Logitech G7 mice three times... Sent me a brand new one in the mail every time. Barely any questions asked and did not even want the defective/broken mice returned.

That's really dumb and a shady thing to do. If people start pulling this crap good companies like Logitech will no longer be offering such great service.

This kind of action ruins legitimate services.

They just rock. That is why I buy keyboard, game controllers, and mice from them as much as possible.

I never feel bad about tossing money to Logitech. They are one of the only companies I would hate to see get into financial issues. Well, them and Intel of course.

i was definitely just kidding man, everything i own is logitech, and its been that way for years. i wouldnt rip off a company that has served me well for the past 5+ years. i am a very sarcastic/joke type of person is all.

Shit like that is why it is so difficult to return merchandise to most big name companies these days. Supporting that kind of trash makes me think of you as a thief.
