I know there have been some monitor threads on here, but I don't want to hijack someones.

Looking in the range of 22-24, below $300, 2-5ms response, aspect ratio of good value, good brand(Samsung, LG, ASUS, acer...) I have scanned Newegg but it is a daunting task with all the brands and options. Most people have a wide screen LCD by now I believe? Still gazing at my 19" Dell Ultrasharp with 25ms response, the ghosts are starting to get old...

Primary use is gaming and some graphic arts(video and photo editing). I like the crisp rectangular shape of a monitor, not some silly curve thing. I know some of the Samsung monitors have that look. I can run either DVI or the other typical one, can't think of it atm. If you have a monitor you would recommend go ahead and share. I know that this will take a lot of research so just give me your thoughts.
