Thread: CD/DVD-ROM

So as i found last night, i'm pretty sure my Cd drive is shot on my laptop (and i really don't have the money to fix it). Not really a big deal since i still can use all the steam games etc. Anyways mainly wondering if there is any way to confirm that it is shot and not just something being stupid (as is common on my laptop)?

EDIT: To add, i've already taken a look in device manager (currently only way i know to check) and was listed as running proper

Nevermind it finally started working again, fucking computer
