    iPod question

I have an iPod Nano that is a couple years old and when I recently added a bunch of new music to it, a few of the songs skip or stop altogether as if there is a scratch on a CD....when I play the tracks in iTunes, they play fine.

Is this my iPod aging or some other hardware/software issue on my PC?

I hadn't synched it in so long that I had to reinstall iTunes last night to do it. Now today, the skipping songs.

    Any ideas?

    Now then, off to google.

were they cd loaded or downloaded. I have some cds that play fine but when uploaded play with slight imperfections on itunes. I've heard it on my wifes ipod but I dont listen to it much. But in my experience they have always been songs we loaded from cd.

    They were downloaded/itunes purchases.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Haha nice! That's what I say too.

Have you tried deleting the songs and putting them back on? It just might have been a "hick-up" when you transfered a bunch of songs at once.

    -1 karma for consultant

No seriously if they were pure audio files somewhere along the way that got distorted. Just like any other computer the files can get corrupted.
