There's one in Richardson (if you didn't already know.) It wouldn't be that far of a trek for you to pick it up, providing you had the time. It's about 5 mins from the house for me.

    Using this calculator:

    http://extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine

I got ~350W required (had to do some guesswork on video card, etc). I have an 850W in my i7 in case I ever go multiple video cards, and I have a lot of HDD's, but it is definitely overkill. I use a Kill-a-Watt to actually measure system watt load and have never gone over 350W even when overclocked and stress testing.

You're right, with 32-bit Windows more than 3GB is useless. When I bought Ultimate it came with 32 and 64 discs... is that only ultimate? If you have a 64-bit OS available I would use that, and you can get 6GB for $75 as easily as you can get 3GB for $65. I got OCZ Platinum for $80 after a rebate a few months ago, looks like around $100 right now but I think the Gold is cheaper.

A 32-bit Vista key will work on a 64-bit Disc, so if you have a friend who might let you borrow a 64-bit disc with your key, you could install Vista 64...

Will this memory work with the MOBO?

JINX, Like the MOBO? I thought the $20 extra was nice because it can handle up to PC2000 RAM.
