I got ~350W required (had to do some guesswork on video card, etc). I have an 850W in my i7 in case I ever go multiple video cards, and I have a lot of HDD's, but it is definitely overkill. You're right, with 32-bit Windows more than 3GB is useless. When I bought Ultimate it came with 32 and 64 discs... is that only ultimate? If you have a 64-bit OS available I would use that, and you can get 6GB for $75 as easily as you can get 3GB for $65. I got OCZ Platinum for $80 after a rebate a few months ago, looks like around $100 right now but I think the Gold is cheaper.

JINX, Like the MOBO? I thought the $20 extra was nice because it can handle up to PC2000 RAM.
