earlier today was playing some songs on youtube, and opened TF2 to play alittle. As I got in the game the sound of the in game stuff and youtube starting cutting out frequently and coming back on. I got out of the game and it was still happening, so I restarted my computer and pressed the reset button on my sound system. None of that worked so I did a system restore to 2 days prior to today.. still cutting in and out.. what should I do?
