If you upgrade your video card I would strongly suggest a PSU upgrade as well.

I have essentially the same rig as Will but with a 4890 vid card. I put an 850W PSU in it... but even OC'ed and fully loaded it never really pulls more than 350W measured with a Kill-A-Watt. I've got tons of case fans and like 4 HDD's inside too.
