Thread: My first Windows 7 issue

Well... actually it's a Ventrilo issue that is apparent only in 7.

I had this weird problem hearing Ewok and Salty99 talking in vent. I would be discussing whatever and suddenly they would seem to go silent. I could hear other people communicating to them, but no responses from them.

A few minutes later, I would suddenly hear a huge string of nothing but them talking. It would spit out whatever they said with one button press then immediately pick up with the following button press string...

It actually was rather amusing to hear. I would hear Ewok ask questions and answer himself or explain things and make comments for what seemed like 5-10 minutes straight at times without taking a moment to get a breath.

I found a solution though!... I hope anyways. So anyone else who runs into a similar problem, try this and see if it works for you.

that sounds like it would be amusing to hear.

I had that issue for a little bit then it "went away". I choked it up to updating Windows or something else I had done.
