Ok, Computer geniuses.
Wtf does this mean? Should i be worried?
I only ask because my internet has been kind of off since yesterday. It starts to lag a little bit after i've been on it awhile, and i keep losing connection with X-fire at random points, only to reconnect seconds later.

Re: Ok, Computer geniuses.
It means that you have too many toolbars in your browser. Ok ok, I keed.
First, it is difficult to tell from just the pop-up message what killed the DCOM service. You'll need to post up SS of the records from the event log (system more likely than not) that reference the DCOM service failing.
As for the xfire losing connection, I get that from time to time as well.

As for X-fire, It's more than just one random disconnect. It says i time out from the server, but i can reconnect the instant i get disconnected, only to be disconnected seconds or minutes later.

Re: Ok, Computer geniuses.
The DCOM Server Process Launcher service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Reboot the machine.
For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
Also just below it and related.
The process winlogon.exe has initiated the restart of HOME-723F34A2A6 for the following reason: No title for this reason could be found
Minor Reason: 0xff
Shutdown Type: reboot
Comment: Windows must now restart because the DCOM Server Process Launcher service terminated unexpectedly
For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Re: Ok, Computer geniuses.
If this is the first time it has happened, then I'd keep an eye out for a repeat of this error and try and log/recall what was going on at that point. If it doesn't happen again though, it might have been a random issue with software service trying to update when a connection dropped.
Also - might want to change the name of your computer now that everyone knows it
