I bought a Zion Atom board for my HTPC with integrated nVidia 9300. It could handle playing MOST stuff, but suffered when streaming h.264 files from the server or from my living room HTPC. It simply couldn't handle processing an HD stream.
I switched the build to a Pentium D dual core, similar Zotac board and it worked great. If the CULV offers that much power, it might be the way to go for the Micro form factors.
