Yeh when I tether with my sprint phone I see the same thing. I haven't done a speedtest since moving to CA (haven't even tethered really) but in TX I got between 1-2Mbps down using Sprint PCS.

Voted 10 to 15. I am more concerned with latency than bandwidth. I never see anything transfer at over 1.5Mbs anyway ... As a gamer the time it takes my packets to hit the server and the server to send data to me are far more important.

With 12+Mbs I can stream all the media I need.

I just got done moving about a month ago. At our old house my brother had us signed up for the 15 MBps plan and I would always get around 8 or 9 MBps. Since we moved to our new house my brother decided to sign us for the 50MBps plan and it never gets anywhere near that. I always get something in the upper teens, which is less then half of what I should be getting. Should I call them?

lol yeah I wish I was still getting that speed, but believe it or not it was possible for me to downgrade. Funds requisite.

Dude where do you live? You must be in the middle of no where to get that speed at that price....surely their must be a service in your area that can provide a faster speed at a reasonable price.

I get around 8mbps down and around .5 up.
I'm constantly getting a 120+ ping in the servers, and it only recently started happening.
If anyone has any tips that could help me lower my ping that would be much appreciated.
