Video card help
Does the game run well on Windows XP? I am not updating an operating system just for this game, so I'd like to know this.
Also, has anybody experimented with the ATI 4650 on this? Apparently the hardware success results are very sporadic, so I'm having a hard time deciding whether to get BFBC2 or not. I'll probably be upgrading my video card soon to something like the NVidia 9600 area, so any confirmed cards that work will help. I'm hoping not to spend more than $150 on a card, though--no sense in making large purchases just for this game. It looks good, but there have been more than a few problems with the game failing to run, so I'm cautious about it. No demo to test this on, either.

Re: Runs on Windows XP?
I think the ATI 5770 is about 150 bux. And it would destroy that 9600 you are eyeballing.
As to whether it runs on XP or not... not sure. But it SHOULD. I think it will use DX 9, 10, or 11... whichever is available.

Re: Runs on Windows XP?
At least the operating system won't be an issue.
These cards seem to look pretty good, does anyone have experience with them or can recommend the best for the price? I am not going to SLI and my motherboard is fairly basic, so I'm looking for gimmick-free setups.
