Thread: Picture editing question.

Can anyone tell me how to do something like this with the gradient tool? (I'm using paint.net since no ps)

I need the primary color to overwrite the background with transparency.
The second color needs to not overwrite the background, and be true transparency.

So it would look like the image is fading out (or in).

The only way I've been able to achieve this is by faking it and using Transparent as my primary and the bg color as my secondary.

So, in a few words, I need to make an image fade out.


EDIT: Found someone on steam to help me our since noone saw this/knew how.
