PS/2 WTF???
OK,
A little Rant... Why the F*** do MOBO manufactures require PS/2 Keyboards to get into the SETUP or BIOS? Am I doing something wrong? My upstairs computer is stuck at the boot-screen saying bad cmos something and to push F2 to load default settings and continue. Problem is that all I have are USB keyboards and it won't accept commands from USB before startup.
Now I have to go find a PS/2 keyboard... I will have to bring one home from work tomorrow. I guess my question is Can you set something to have the CMOS recognize a USB keyboard or am I just screwed every time I get to this screen?

FAW,
Try this (sounds like an outside chance, but it might work): http://www.daniweb.com/forums/thread263693.html

a goodly amount of modern mobos you actually have to turn it on in the bios (my xfx 680i-LT) is an example of this... quite stupid, but perhaps the new stuff won't be like that, I've seen some mobos don't have the ps/2 at all so would assume for those at least

I have a ps2/USB adapter i got with a Microsoft mouse years ago I keep just so I can hook up the USB keyboard for older mobos. You cancer one for like 50 cents if you look at Frys or newegg I think.
