Re: NEED HELP
The instructions for your motherboard should have everything listed out. Black typically means negative.
For your hard drive and optical drive, there should be two cables each: one to go from your drive to the motherboard, the other from the drive to the power supply.
Your video card MAY require a pci-e power block from your power supply, but I think the 5770 doesn't require that.
The motherboard should require some power from your power supply, as well, but it should be labeled and listed in the motherboard documentation.
A hint to fit the case wires to the mother board (power, reset, speaker, hdd light, etc.) is to have your plug held at an angle until it rests on top of the pins, then straighten it up and go straight down. Don't worry if you struggle fitting those wires in; they are easily the most annoying part of building a computer, IMO.

Which cables? The ones from the case to the motherboard (pwsw, hdled, etc.)? Some of them should be obvious, as in SATA drives go to the SATA ports, PSU cables should have the 24 pin connector, plus the 12v connector (dual?). Your video card probably has a 6 or 8 pin connector. Make sure your CPU fan is plugged in to the CPU fan port. Your external USB ports should also be easy to find.
It is pretty self explanatory stuff. You can do it!

Re: NEED HELP
Are you using a seperate soundcard that you've attached to a PCI slot? If you are, then you need to disable the onboard sound card in the BIOS.
Or are you using the onboard soundcard of the mobo? If you are, then check the BIOS to see if the onboard soundcard is enabled.
