Wireless Routing

Good afternoon Techies, I didn't really like what I saw at Newegg so I figured I would come to the next best place. I've been forced into a situation where I have to game over wireless and I honestly can't handle the lag. If anyone knows any good products for wireless routing that won't lag the hell out of me I'm all ears. My budget is unlimited but I'd like to keep it below 100 bucks.

What do you consider lag

? I get 1ms pings to my wireless router from my laptop... I don't think you can get much faster than that.

By lag I mean throughput issues. Such as you are playing for example BF2 and you freeze for 3 seconds while everyone else is still moving like normal and die. You then continue this trend about every minute. I'm on G standard at the moment and I've been told to upgrade to "N" wireless to fix the issue but I don't see any ones that have good reviews.

Could POSSIBLY be a channel conflict. Set your router to G only to limit some of that.

I think I left a misunderstanding, The one these people currently have only supports G. I decided to throw in the extra 50 bucks and just get one that supports duel band since I couldn't find any decent looking ones for 70 bucks. Part is already ordered, so I guess mission accomplished.
