DSL vs. Cable
Cable all the way. I've seen way to many people having problems on DSL. Plus I know that if my modem goes to shit; I can go down to the main office and swap them out. Stay with cable, the DSL company will try to screw you if you take the money then wanna switch back.

DSL vs. Cable
what no FiOS?
I my eyes, both DSL and cable suck equally. Mainly from a customer support, although there are some diamonds in the rough. Same goes with cell phone companies. When will these companies learn that if you just do alittle better than the next guy, people will notice and change providers and even pay more. I talk with customer all the time that value good customer support over low price.
I have cable is San Antonio and the speeds and extras are better than houston. They have up to 11meg down and I can't remember the up for that plan. And almost every TV show you can watch it in demand from the start before the show is over, without using the dvr.

I use Psionic Waves, through Zebulon XXnax15. I got a dish from Zanoarax down the street. I get 500Mbs upload, but i have to get rectaly probed every week by little green men. And it blows out my computer every two weeks. something about Zebulon's Psi waves run at 400 degrees and my coolin system failing i don't know. If you wan't to get in touch with thier customer service, you just moon the southwestern sky on a clear night.

Granted, that was not Bell anything technology. Our DSL tech was light years ahead of what they are using.Sleep, eat, conquer, meditate, repeat.
