Key-logger detection?

Is there a way to tell if you have some form of a software key logger in your pc?
The game I am playing got hacked and I don't know how they got my password, so I'm kind of nervous about my system being vulnerable.
Any suggestions..

Run your virus software, and run through something like spybot search and destroy

I did a scan with nod32 from eset last night but nothing showed up in that scan. I will try spybot tonight and see what happens. I am beginning to wonder if it even had anything to do with my pc at all.
I just don't know..

if spybot reports clear then chances are your pc is clean.

In a lot of MMOs (and other things) there are a lot of Chinese and Korean groups that brute force hack accounts to get ahold of inventory items and in-game cash to sell on eBay like sites in Asia. Unless you notice a mass compromise of your accounts, it likely isn't a keylogger.

This is exactly what happen to me, how do they do that and how can it be safe again?

Set a really complicated and secure password that isn't going to be brute forced. Or if you are playing WoW you can get one of those authenticator thingies: Blizzard Store
