Digital Pocket Cams
Ok so in mid April we will be going to England and.......drumroll.........AMSTERDAM!
LOL thats right.
Tickets have been purchased and arrangements have been made.
Now as most of you know I am a youtube junkie and will be taking massive amounts of video and pictures. Currently I have been using the iphone4 cam and it works fine for workout vids. For this trip though I need something different.
Txkicker has the Kodak Zi8 which is really nice that I have been able to play around with. I like the fact that it has a external mic jack for bootlegging concerts...ehehe
Drawback is that is the old model and some new hardware has come out.
I have been looking at the new Sony Bloggie Touch and the Flip Ultra HD.
For some reason all cams record in .mov or some other format were you cannot edit in windows which kinda sucks....but I can always convert.
Anyone have either of these products? What would y'all suggest?Last edited by jason_jinx; 02-23-11 at 08:28 AM.

I've got the Kodak Zi8 and love it. The only newer model they have is the Playtouch, but that just has a 3" touchscreen vs the 2.5" LCD the Zi8 has. Nothing really else different. The biggest selling point on the Kodak is it uses removable media. The Sony Bloggie and Flip HD don't.
