Did not receive Grim Reaper and Akimbo Assassin Achievement

It didn't work for me either. Except I didn't even pick up a medkit .. Only used pistol/pistols and melee.
The Do Not Disturb didn't work either. Sneaked past every witch, but I didn't get it..
Well, well. Could've been a glitch that has been fixed so I might aswell try again ^^

I believe using the gatling gun will ruin it.

Yes its true if you use the gatlin gun (mounted machine gun) then the achievement doesn't count :P basically you're only allowed to kill the zombies with the pistols...nothing else

You are not getting the point of man vs. tank. You have to be the only one that did damage to the tank.
