Contains one file that you need to extract to your L4D dir. More precisely into:
left 4 dead\left4dead\resource\UI\L4D360UI\

This will stop you from having to openserverbrowser in the console each time
Other tips are to add
-novid -console
to the start-up line, like:
"C:\Program Files\Left 4 Dead\left4dead.exe" -novid -console
To skip the intro video and bring up the console at launch
