Thread: Bots in verses = Rediculous

Doesn't it feel like the bots sometimes pull rediculous stuff like headshot hunters out of skies too easily, or shot you from a mile away when your in dead harvest cornfield, or melee you at the right time when your pouncing, or melee you when they are looking in the opposite direction?

How about when they are on your team, when they play stupid like running a mile to get to you when a smoker has you when they can just SHOT him, or lag behind (and i mean WAY behind, he wouldn't come in the saferoom, he just sat there)?

Its seems the AI kind of has too many 'moments' and not enough balance. Like they are either SUPERBOT or they are sUpER sPEciAl bot that can't fight off 2 common infected, not in between.

yeh i have to agree 100% i was in subway no mercy, a hunter got me near the 2 part split off near the start, so the bot decided to run all the way up the stairs, through the train, pass the wall and turn around on the otherside then walk back down the opposite stairs to get me -_-

or sometimes same with hunter they either kill it stupidly quick in mid air, of sometimes its attacking me and they unload 150 bullets at point blank and miss all of them

On topic:
Bots have god aim and wall hacks. Unfortunately, if they're slimed or see a tank they get scared and forget to help you, as part of their "AI". Also, they'll run backwards towards you slowly before meleeing that hunter off you...

Sort of a funny tradeoff.
