Thread: Getting all achievements

got 48 so far

1 is the 53k, got 49k

the 2 i aint got seem to be 2 of the hardest - gonna have to keep trying - cheating is just a waste of buying a game

IMO there are 2 types of achievements.
Those you get from doing things in game that you need to do to win. Pulling 100ft, barf bagged etc.
And those that you literally play the game differently than what was intended. Man vs Tank for instance (I know there are occasions when your whole team is dead and such but in most cases it's "hey guys stay back while I kill the tank" type of thing).

While it's nice to see em pop up I don't really bother with them and I have 43 or 44 of them. To me that's a good way to do achievements, try and reward people for doing what benefits the team and L4D accomplished that.

STOMACH UPSET
All Survivors complete a campaign without being vomited on. 4.9%

Really would have expected that to be higher, I found it pretty easy to get :s

Haven't got all the achievements yet. But once I do I will pat myself on the back.

I don't really care about the achievements, because I already got genocidest. After that doesn't matter, you don't gain ANY thing from them unlike in TF2.

The day they do that I'm done with the game, it's not an issue in TF2 where it's fairly always even teams and 1 person dicking around makes no difference but in L4D it would ruin the game.
