Thread: L4D does not open... PLZ help

This has to do with the DXT texture formats, when I open the game up it says texture compression feature is not turned on. (and if you are wondering I have the ADI Radeon HD 4800 Series, it is not a graphic card problem)

I know that you guys already got a solution for this problem, but it does not work on my computer. From the steam support page that there was a link to on this forums it says

Navigate to "Graphics Settings" tab > "3D" > "More Settings"
If the "Support DXT texture formats" is unchecked, check it and hit "Apply".
If the "Support DXT texture formats" checked, uncheck it, select "Apply", re-check it, and hit "Apply" again.

But if you take a look at my catalyst control center, it is missing the "More Settings" in "3D". I would insert a picture in here, and I tried, but I don't know how to do that.

They aren't using the CC in that picture, they are using Riva Tuner.
