Thread: Low Fps good system, unstable, cant ajust...

Hello, dear zombie killers.

I have problem with my fps it around 1-50. My graphics, high or low do not change my fps.-Left 4 dead graphic, Nvidia panel... I tried to change my driver 170,180 dont change i re-install the game dont change... But when i re-install the game with NO PATCH my fps is around 50-80(still unstable??)...
I use process monitor to see if their was a registery error and it look like...any way i cant fix those process errors... Thanks-you Single player or multiplayer, not a connection problem all my driver are up to date.And yes i am running in admin in all possible ways.

AND TONES OF IT
Almost all the \platform are like that, unfortunately i cant change THOSE default install paths... That might be a low fps cause and a unstable cause.

Hello my friend, I didn't try the amd fix .... but multicore look like to 'boost' my fps i tried to disable in all sections... i also tried 3rd party program, BUT I DON'T HAVE THEM ANYMORE... i would try to install it but i dont know where can i find it could you make me a link thanks=).

Unfortunately their is no driver update for vista at amd.com =(

IT VIDEO LAG im sure it lag in single player but it more fps than lag but nobody look to have the same problem on ethernet anyway can anyone help me fix this problem...?

And by the way im i the only one to have unstable fps?

It just really weird 9800 gt + quad core +4g ram + 20inch monitor i got all driver i tryed everything and it fu****** lag...

You can try downloading AMD Fusion Drivers & Tools | GAME.AMD.COM

It disables every single process that isn't required to run your computer, gives you some extra free ram and by using it you can also make sure that it isn't some software or virus slowing it down for you. I think it clocks the processor a bit aswell, temporary of course. Run it in Expert mode, if you want to shut it off just click the same button you used to start it and it will open the processes again. I'd recommend restarting the computer if you want to turn it off, as it starts processes that you might not want to start, like all of microsoft and windows tools etc.

hello friend. i think your best bet would be to turn your refresh rate to 60 hertz, and also for antistropic filtering and such, make sure your nvidia control panel says "application controlled" or something along those lines. same with anti-aliasing. also, when your ingame drop down your colsole and type /maxfps 0 or cg_maxfps 0 (cant remember which, or it might be completly different for source i dont remember rofl.) and in your nvidia control panel under image settings turn triple buffering off. it isnt 100% that these will work for ya, but its definatly a good start.
