In L4D1 it's probably the No Mercy finale for me. I like the fact that you're trying to get onto a chopper, feels like you're going towards a military style extraction.
In L4D2 I love the Parish finale because you're actually fighting your way towards escape rather than waiting for it to arrive. It's just something different from all the other finales.

On L4D I honestly can't decide which I like best. NM has the cool of being the one I know best and all the epic punts off buildings, etc. BH has the awesome defence of a house from four directions and chasing the rescue vehicle, DT has the epic rush from the house to the dock with the tank coming for you. DA's the only one I never really liked.
On L4D2 I love The Parish. On VS i'm constantly learning new ways to be instakilled by the enemy. Swamp fever's pretty cool too, especially the run at the end. DeC often has way too few zombies to feel epic, DaC feels weird with rock music and fireworks, and Hard Rain is just you on top of a generic building :\ boring.
I guess, from reading that back through, I like dashing for stuff in my finales :P

I would have to say that my favorite finale is the one in Dead Air campaign. Escaping through an air plane has left me with the kind of feeling of final departure unlike the one with the helicopter in No Mercy campaign where you will end up crashing right into the Crash Course (no pun intended). When you're on that air plane, it is like a final rest. Maybe. Like you'll hopefully be getting to the safer destination because the trip is longer and the plane is more sturdier than the helicopter and other kind of vehicle transportation.
Actually I liked the Blood Harvest finale too. I would preferred the safety of being inside the military vehicle. I mean, just look at how sturdy that vehicle seem in the finale. And in the end there is the warmth that you can feel coming from sun rise over the horizon that ensures safety and the ending to your wariness.I'm usually available on weekends.

Blood Harvest I suppose.
Death Toll, No Mercy, and Dead Air all have great finales.
I like how you have to turn back on the generator in Crash Course. It made it feel more original then the other four finales. But at the same time it doesn't feel as epic as Blood Harvest. I think the whole being out in the middle of the woods is what won me over.
Dead Air seems kind of silly because the whole time I'm wondering "why do we need to be outside of the plane?".X-Box Live Gamer Tag: gabrielzer0
That is a zero at the end not the letter "o".
