    Left 4 Dead Too Soon

    Left 4 Dead 2

Sorry the pun popped into my head and i felt too clever to not share it

Game looks like more good times so i want it. But i do think it might be a little too soon for a full on sequel. An expansion or broken up into a few free updates sure. But ether way i will buy it. I have been getting bored with L4D 1. As much as i like it, for me its at that point where i know most of the good points to jump people so i know where to watch for ambushes etc. Doesn't mean i cant still have fun with it.

Plus i think if this game was made by anyone else but Valve this too soon wouldn't be a problem. Valve though has a history of spending FOREVER on games so to release a full blow new one this soon smacks of EA getting involved to me. And it makes people suspicious about whether or not stuff was cut from L4D1 for later. Which i don't think btw, just get the feeling.

Plus i want to see the new boomer. He my fav!

It's not too soon at all.

This is the best thing to happen in the history of ever. The fact that it's been considered to INCLUDE the original 4 campaigns in Left 4 Dead 2 is such an amazing thing. Not to mention how Valve was able to produce this much PURE WIN in such a short amount of time.

It's never too soon. Plus, Valve stated they were sticking with L4D 1 and continue to build on it.

VALVe is doing the unthinkable, producing one of the best sequels of all time.

There are tons of mixed feelings, but VAVLe seems to know what they're doing.
    I hope.

If it's a good game, no one is going to play L4D anymore. Meaning that most of us got less than a years play time out of L4D (I don't mean literally no one is going to play it, just much less).

Personally, I think L4D wasn't the finished product they had in mind. They used L4D to test the waters and see if people would buy into a game like this. Now that they have the information and the market scoped out, they can release the full blown title that they originally intended. Too bad it had to cost us $60.

This, of course is just my speculation. Feel free to blow holes in it all you like...
