Are you not able to adjust the settings on the TV to match the output from the game?

Also, did you try adjusting the screen refresh settings in your properties of your video card?

I would either get out the user's manual and see which modes it supports and then see if you video card is capable of outputting in that mode.

If you don't have the manual, you can probably Google the make and model, you may find a manual online somehwhere.

Not that I know of. To be sure, try changing the output of your display adapter to the hx range you think your monitor needs, then try the game and see if it works or not.

    Try this:

Right click on your desktop and choose Properties. Click on the settings tab. Click on the Advanced button. Click on the Monitor tab. You should have a drop down menu that will allow you to change your hertz setting. Try to match that to what your monitor needs.
