IMO, it's not that scary.
just grotesque looking.
yeah, it will have that OMG moment, but it will get old as time goes on.

Besides, we still have one more possibly grotesque looking Infected to see. If it's got something missing that the usual Infected don't, i.e we can see it's stomach, we have a lulz-generating tag team!
