It is a hard rule that works for most people but doesn't mesh well with how I talk, that's all. They aren't going to run you off for it unless you say the R word. I could just tell that I didn't fit in, that's all. It didn't turn me off, it was just something I noticed, probably shouldn't have brought it up.

It is the same thing when your girlfriend shows you off to her friends who all share a common interest that bores you. The entire time you know you'd rather be somewhere else. That's kinda how I felt about practice: The people were just different from the ones I played with and practice was the reason I missed out on good games with my real life friends.

Given the choice are you going to play with people you know personally or would you prefer to play with people you've just met and don't know in real life? For me the choice was obvious.

The people over at PMS/H20 are good people and were always respectful and nice towards me. They never did anything to make me dislike them or deter me from joining. I just decided to call it quits for personal reasons, that's all.

Go join up and have fun, at the very least it'll give you something to do a couple of nights out of the week and you'll meet some good players that don't really play outside of the clan much.

Just know that there is a laundry list of things that come a long with it and you'll have to commit some time to it before your "in". I was never "in" but I spent enough time in practice to get a general vibe on the place and the people, it was a good vibe, just not exactly the right one for me. Maybe you'll like the experience more than I did and stick with it.

4 hours required for 4 weeks. Far as I know, he is in. He just likes to play with them. I played with him last night to finish up my required week.

I'm in the L4D2 Division, so it means i have to make 4 hours a week still. Casuals however don't have to do anything once recruitment is successful.

Betty ish back nao so it looks like i'll be either passing the whip for this thread to her or keeping it for myself.
