I LOVE 28 Days Later, awesome movie. I enjoyed watching every minute of that in the dark. I dont know about keeping one chained up in my back yard though, knowing my luck it would escape.
They are both similar, the fast paced running and just the 'RAWRRR'...[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
Well Im just a game junkie, so there.

Well, since 28 days later only had regular people who caught the infection we'll only compare with common infected.
If you look at the common in L4D you can notice them fight, they have lost of lot of motor skills, you see them instead of punching, or grabbing they more or less hit you with a limb, like they will bat you with an arm or kick you in a flailing fashion, they can't seem to really control their fingers or move in a delicate fashion. Thy seem primarily unresponsive unless they notice a major obvious change in the environment (like for some reason another infected is charging, or they find boomer bile) whereas the infected in 28 days later are far more intelligent, have complete control over their bodies (Full finger and extremity control) and are unlike infected, just ruthless, superior humans.
Also, the rage virus didn't cause what looks like sever lack of blood flow to the extremities (This would explain the common infects skin color) and they do not seem to be 100% oblivious to pain like the L4D virus (the L4D virus considering it has destroyed their finer motor-skills would have undoubtedly destroyed almost the entire nervous system, allowing them to ignore the loss of a leg) and unlike the L4D virus it hadn't caused additional, major transformations in select humans.
In a full on fight between the two (ignoring the possibility of one virus passing onto another), the additional strength, motor-skills, mass amount of extra intelligence and superior coordination, the Rage virus would conquer the L4D virus, even with the SI that the come with the L4D virus, primarily because of the sheer lack of numbers of them considering the large populations of their sources (tanks are maybe 1 in 800, smoker seems to be 1 in 400, 1 in 300 with a hunter, 1 in 250 or so with boomers, boomers having no real difference in such an encounter).
Me thinks I put too much thought into this.
