    Title screen image loop

As soon as I launch the game, the screen image starts looping diagonally across the screen, i still have sound, but the image is moving. This happened before, and a restart fixed it, but now it seems to be here to stay. If I ctrl+alt+del or alt+tab out of the game, it just crashes..... Any help I just reinstalled, and no luck....

I would start by doing a Verify Integrity of you game files via Steam and see if that helps.

What are your system specifications? That could be memory related.

As Iggy said - verify integrity of game cache and run the defragmentation tool.

I doubt it's your video card, as the title screen is simply a video that loops; your card isn't rendering anything. Unless it's a driver issue, which could very well be the case also.

Just to be safe, post your video card and driver version. There are known drivers that cause the client to loop crash. My old 8800GTS Nvidia drivers caused spontaneous client crashes (I could never fix it), both in-game and in the lobby screen.
