L4D2 Trailer confusion.

So I've seen the trailer for Left 4 Dead 2 on tv multiple times. What I cannot understand is why they show the EA logo at the start of it when EA (as far as I know) has no connection to Left 4 Dead since there are no EA logos on the game case or in the game or in the booklet.

Valve is the distributor online and EA is the distributor for retail copies.

I think that's EA's only involvement.

Actually my game case has the EA logo engraved into it above the disc holder.

Still though we know that the game wasnt even slightly developed by EA because it isnt shit and rushed!

Fifa 09 and Fifa 10 are definite exceptions to that rule.

Could have just put one, seeing as they are practically the same game.

Ooooh, controversial! Obviously I jest. There are probably masses of changes, but because I'm not a football fan, or interested in Fifa, I don't acknowledge them / care about them.

Anyways, Steam is the online distributor whilst EA is for the retail version. The lack of EA logos on the box does make me wonder why they didn't want to associate themselves more with the game.
