    Survivor's Head are missing

    My computer spec is
    Processor Pentium 4 2,6GHz
VGA Winfast Geforce 7600 GS 256 MB
    RAM 1 GB DDR
    Motherboard ASUS P4S533-X

When I played this game the survivor's head is missing, as you can see in this picture

I tried to continue playing this game, and the special infected(Tank, Hunter, boomer, witch etc) also have a missing texture.

I tried install the new driver of Nvidia 178.24, as suggested in the thread named "Frequently Encountered Errors - READ BEFORE POSTING!" the graphic is corrupt. You can see in this image

This problem is appear not only in left 4 dead 2 but also in other game using 3d graphic..

So how to solve this problem?? Thanks for the answer

You PC is really marginal for playing L4D. Your CPU is a 2.6 and the minimum specs calls for a 3.0. Your video card is at the low end of the range of acceptable cards. That combination is going to make it difficult to play the game. Try going into your CFG folder and delete the file called VIDEO.TXT. It will recreate itself when you start the game. Start the game and go into your video settings and make sure everything is set to as low as possible.

I would also do a Verify Integrity via Steam to make sure you don't have any corrupted files.
