Weird graphics
This happens after 5-10 mins of play. Only fix is to alt-tab in and out every time it happens. Any solutions?

when this happens if you open the console* by pressing ` or the top left button, are there any error messages you can see in the logs?
Does anything (such as steam overlay) trigger it e.g. steam friend/message notifications? or is it completely random?

* Opening console needs to be enabled in the menu options. If you haven't already, go to options > keyboard/mouse > enable developer console

Actually... I was tweaking with some of the settings and it doesn't do it anymore I hope. Now it just severe lag on map change. Which is like 1/5 ratio it actually happens.
Sorry no solution for this problem other than tweakin your video card settings a bit.
Oh and thanks for tryin to help even though it's fixed now
