L4d won't even open!!help!!!

Hey guys juz i downloaded the game n install it..but every time i try to open the Left4dead.exe file it juz came out for a awhile than dissappear..I'm freaking frustrated!!do help guys..

yah i use to download the game and was able to play it then my lappy got spoilt and send to repair twice..but now it won't load at all..i off the uac thing already but still won't even load!please help guys i'm losing my temper..
