How the Special Infected created

How did the zombie get created? I wondered just 2 days ago.
If me:
Smoker: He goes to work at a very smokey factory then the virus spreaded while he was working. The virus get into the smoke, and inhaled by the Smoker.
Hunter: The hunter was a parkour boy. He hang out with his friends the same parkourer. The virus spreaded, they already try to run from the zombie around them, but it's useless.
Boomer: Fat Boy cannot run from the zombie then get infected.
Tank: A gigantic-sized man went to GYM. Later, the virus spread. He got infected.
Witch: When the virus Just Spread, A girl was very scared, he hide from the zombies, but she got infected.

Your story could be more creative.

my theory is that a whole group of people went to a pharmeceutical company asking for a cure for the virus and in the commotion people fell on the different drugs which then mixed with the virus to create a hybrid.

e.g Man falls on steroids = tank

there are alot of flaws but thats just a possibility

The Hunter was possible a daredevil and a free-running expert when he was human. When he was infected, the virus (or whatever the hell it is) enhanced these attributes and gave the Hunter a more wolf-like mentality.

The Tank was either obsessed with working out or was addicted to steroids. The infection mixed with the steroids and amplified their effects and duration. Seems logical, seeing how pissed off Tanks are.

The Smoker was either a chain smoker, a magic-mushroom addict, or worked around fungi or nicotine on a regular basis. Could have also been the result of someone infected with a fungus (Athlete's Foot or something) getting infected with the Green Flu. Either way, the infection mixed with what ever was in the body and caused the production of tumors (or spore pods) and allowed the Smoker to use his tongue as a weapon. Don't know exactly how nicotine could give the Smoker his tongue or his death cloud, but with fungus, it's easy; the tongue is a fungal pseudopod (a sort of root), and the death cloud is a cloud of spores (possibly carrying a mutated strain of the infection which can infect anyone who breaths in the spores, except for the immune Survivors.)

The Boomer was (obviously) fatter than holy hell in life; the infection mutated the victim, causing most of his or her fat to become part of his or her stomach, and mutated the skin so that it was tough and stretchy enough to contain the bile but weak enough to rupture when hostile force is applied.

The Spitter was either the same as the Boomer, or she was bulimic. For the former, the Spitter was an evolutionary offshoot of the Boomer; for the latter, her habits contributed to her mutation.

The Jocky was, in my opinion, a total control-freak in life. The chemicals of his brain, as a result of his obsession with controlling the situation, caused the virus to mutate the victim, turning him into a living personification of his obsession.

The Charger was either a football player, or an anti-social berserker. Can't really think of what else to say.

The unreleased Screamer was mentally unstable in life. Because his arms were bound, the virus was forced to compensate for this by turning the victim into what is basically a walking security alarm.

Finally, my personal favorite, the Witch. In life, she was a young girl who suffered through grievous trauma (physical and/or emotional and/or spiritual), and was infected before she could fully recover. Ironically, that very trauma was what allowed the Witch to hold on to that last shred of humanity.

No one Picks up the joke with him? One Arms Big, the other is little. Tell Me, what was he doing when he became infected? and What was he Supposed to Switch that he didn't? :rofl:

On a more serious note, The Charger Was probably a Tank Mutation Gone Wrong...

Smoker: A normal tall guy who smokes gets infected and grows a lot of tumors.
Boomer: A fat man trying to go on a diet. The food he ate made him throw up and later he was infected.
Witch: A young lady who was recently dumped. She was crying every night when she was infected.

How about...

SMOKER: Although Lung Cancer is caused by smoking, the Smoker's body composition made eligible for mutations to dominate based on his ancestry. A S&M sex addict awake at night, chest heaving painfully, croaking weakly as his body transpired enough sweat to fill a 2 LR bottle - the Epidemic spread, the concoction of his DNA forming a gassy display. All tongue, no play.

As for the others, well, you know.
