Thread: Sidearms vs Melee

Hello all.

I was wondering, how many people prefer a sidearm over a melee weapon?


P.S: How do you get a deagle when incapacitated but have a melee weapon standing?

For me i prefer d eagle or double pistols. Melee weapons just seem to cause more problems than help. The only thing melee weapons are good for are dealing with problems close to you or in your face. I prefer to keep a wide amount of space between me and the rest of the team and rather use a pistols to save my ammo.

But if my team is a selfish and only covers thier own ass's il take a melee weapons. When im on a good team i find myself barely using the melee weapon.

Eagle > Melee (Anything but Pan) > Double Pistols > Pan > Single Pistol

i use side arms if im using SGs and melee if im using rifles

I love both the double pistols and the melee weapons, but dislike the desert eagle. Certain melee weapons like the police baton are hated by me, but I love things like the fire axe and the katana. The golf club is really fun now that the passing is out, as well.
