Depends on what you mean, if you mean a new Special infected then i guess it should be some witch with another special infected mix thing

He means the new L4D2 mode Mutations which has new gameplay each week. I figured it was some form of timed health like pills. Apparently people found codes:

Bleeding Out: Mutation3
-Coop
-No Medkits, only pills.
-You start with temporary health that goes down fast.
-Lots of pills.
-Lots of random panic events.

So the mutations won't just be combinations of game modes? Sweet. I'd love a version where a Tank spawns as soon as the safe room door opens -- a Tank with unlimited health.
