I need a PC players opinion.

So. Im thinking of buying either L4D1 or L4D2 for PC.

I would prefer to only buy one. And since i trust you guys, help me make my choice. Let me know which one and why.

I picked L4D2 mainly because it doesn't take long at all to get a game going. I was trying to get a versus game on L4D1 and I couldn't for the life of me. Saying that, I don't have anyone off the forum added so may be easier with friends. If your not bothered about that then either is good!

L4D1 Community is crap. All you got left are idiots who disrespect one another. Besides there are much more people on L4D2 to play with.

L4D2. The community is relatively pure compared to the utter rancor and bile that the 1st one devolved into.

It is annoying, I tried to get a bit chat going in a Dead Air vs lobby whilst we were waiting for a few more people, and this French prick started saying shit like "STFU bastard" and "no on cares" if they're not abusive arses they're glitching kids who either bitch if you don't want to glitch something or give you all that "n00b" bullshit, still get L4D1 at some point but make sure you can play with some friends or it just becomes unbearable.

Problem is I dont own a super computer. M friend moved in for a couple months, and when he leaves, i cant play whichever i buy after that as regularly. So I really dont want to buy both.

Trust me, definetly get l4d2. ive had both and i only play l4d2. there are way better people to play with plus you could already have all of the new crap that came with l4d2 like the spitter and the charger. all that is new.

Im a cheap ho, so id go for L4D1.

I bought it last june for PC, I occasionally play it-but not nearly enough as I should.

Though, it'd probably be more beneficial to get l4d2, so you can "keep up with the times".
