Thread: Graphics Issues?

So i don't know exactly what's wrong, I usually play Left 4 Dead 2 on my XBOX, and have no problems.
But I recently got it for Steam, and I'm having a plethora of problems.

First problem, my game locks up and loops, sometimes it freezes my whole computer to where I can do nothing but turn it off.
To try and fix this I've upgraded my graphics driver, uninstalled/reinstalled L4D2, and turned off the Multicore thing in options.. But nothing has worked.

Second problem, sometimes guns and stuff have lines coming off them going out one way all the way in one direction like a glitch or something....
it's weird.. I don't really know how to explain it... and I don't know what's causing it..

Third Problem, I don't know if this is a problem but on XBOX 360 when you get grabbed my a special infected like certain musics play but on Steam I don't hear the music playing.. Is this normal?

Also now I've verified the integrity and Defraged the steam files.

Take a look in your Windows Event Viewer and see if there are any errors that relate to the game.
