    This is a topic that's been asked before, we've also got a favorite character order thread that's fairly recent; but since your new, I won't be a jerk about it. Welcome to the forums.

    Anyways, it's hard for me to narrow it down to one person. I love the negative and egotistic attitudes of Nick and Francis, the child spirited Ellis, and the battle hardened Bill. Valve really did a great job in making each character charismatic and unique yet fitting in the team.
