    Angry key binding problem

    every time i play left 4 dead 2 i have to rebind my forward key and it get's annoying to bind it every time i want to play

    any help is appreciated:cc:

    Right click L4D2 > Properties > Updates > Untick "Enable Steam Cloud Synchronization."

    Now see if it remembers your options.

    Bit of a long shot, but to go your graphics options and set the "Shader Quality" (or whatever it is, it's Shader something) to medium.

    Go to:

    <install folder>\Steam\SteamApps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\cfg\

    Check if config_default is there. Then, open it up with Notepad and check if the key "w" is binded for forward.

    Also make sure it's not set to "Read only".

    can't open it it sais it needs to browse my pc to find the program or find it on internet

    Ok then, right click on the file and click "Open With". It should come up with this window:



    Find Notepad and select it, then click okay.

    Have you right clicked the file and checked "Read-only" is not ticked yet?
