i say DEFINATELY get this hosted on ttp. I've been playing it quite a bit. I say a hardcore server rotating the different game types. I'd say sabotage would work the best for teamplay on TTP though but definately a hardcore server.

Sabotage and Headquarters on hardcore , that will seperate the noobs with noobtubes and hvy machine guns from the skilled shooters . :2

w ithout a doubt, but no hardcore please. I know a lot of us from the TF2 side that play COD4 after the server dies late at night can't stand the hardcore mode. The difference between the HUD and the "hardcore" mode turns off the feel of modern combat. IT also makes the crap like the UAV worthless. If they had hardcore damage/gun settings with the normal HUD mode, id go for that. But that big blank screen is annoying as hell.

but we need this, even if its a smaller (24) server to start off with. Id buy a slot to help support it as well, and also make a donation to get the server started.

hahha i love hardcore mode. So much more realistic feeling.

UAV rocks in hardcore mode... UAV on and start shooting at those bloody campers through the walls. hahaaa suckers.

hardcore mode, you can basically 1hit people with a semi auto rifles with damage perk.. not much skill in that.

tf2 hosting cod4 would be amazing. i'm actually starting to get turned off from the game cause of the lack of teamplay and communication

That's why I haven't been playing much. I spend maybe half an hour and then get irritated since I'm not playing on TTP.

soooo bigdog, could you look into this? I think there are enough people. and if its a server cost problem, maybe we can get enough people to donate for a few months just to get it started. without the teamplay it does kindof suck. I think thats why the XBOX version is a little more popular, based on questions ive asked. my XBOX friends love it. without teamplay, even on VOIP servers im meh.
