    Got it last night and played it. Fuck i love that MP5. Yeah, it would be nice if they put out some admins mods out.

    Although, i don't like the eventual frag grenade fest it turns into as the game goes on, i get killed by nades not even near me so many times, and i don't know the game enuff yet to throw it back quick enuff.

    Its a fun game and looks great on a GTX, this thing needs to be hosted as soon as the admin tools are there.

    gotta remember that you can toss the nades back.. i've got my nade key as the scroll down button on my mouse so I can use it as fast as possible. altho nothing you can do when 3+ people are throwing nades

    I think the biggest issue i've seen online so far (I've only been able to really play at the office where some of the folks here have it set up) is that most of the maps are too crowded. Fitting the max player count on some of those maps is just too much. I think the game is much better playing on lower player numbers where you can really take advantage of the multiple routes through the maps and you have to make tactical decisions. When 32 players or whatever are shoe-horned into the maps, you lose a lot of that.

    And plus it leads to nade spamming and although it can be annoying in other games, it can be bad with max player count small maps.

    Other than that, and the lack of coordination on pub servers, its pretty fantastic and a lot of fun to play.

    You could play search and destroy games. Those are round based like CS.

    on headquarters maps you re spawn till one team takes the objective then no one re spawns while you defend the hq for like 1 min so its a combo of both. HQ mode is my fav. way to play cod4

    I don't know how the mechanics of all that works, but it seems to be configurable. i've played where there is no wait at all, where you have to wait for the next wave, and then click a button...

    I figure their must be some way to make it like CSS, since some portions of some maps don't allow you to respawn until your team has accomplished or failed an objective.

    I personally wouldn't want the 'wait for the round to be over'

    that's true in pub servers, but if you could get the majority of the server of TTP, the gameplay would be a lot diffrent, less nade spamming, more coordination, more team. 32 maps can work as long as people are playing the game right
